Senior Social Media Manager
Reporting to: Head of Brand Marketing
Job Description:

The Senior Social Media Manager will be responsible for shaping and driving COROS’s global social media strategy, working across product launches, brand campaigns, educational content, community engagement, and athlete storytelling. You will own the day to day social calendar, manage our highly engaged communities, and serve as a central coordinator across product, design, video, and regional marketing teams.
This is both a strategic and operational role—you will be responsible for planning and briefing content needs, while also rolling up your sleeves to execute posts, monitor performance, and actively engage with our communities. Beyond inspiration, an important part of this role is developing educational content that helps athletes understand how COROS products support their training and performance goals.
With support from leaders across the organization, you will play a key role in defining how COROS shows up across social platforms and how we connect with consumers worldwide. Your work will not only build brand loyalty but ensure COROS stands apart in a competitive industry by delivering authentic, timely, and engaging social content.
Responsibilities:
- Full-time remote role based in California or Front Range Colorado (Boulder/Denver area).
- Sits at the heart of the Brand Marketing team, defining what COROS sounds, looks and feels like on social.
- Own the global social media calendar across Instagram, Threads, Strava, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok and more.
- Balance strategy and execution: plan campaigns, brief creative needs, and also manage posting, engagement, and performance tracking.
- Develop and execute product launch strategies on social, coordinating closely with product education, design, and video teams.
- Lead the development of both inspirational and educational content to help athletes understand how COROS products enable them to reach their goals.
- Act as an “air traffic controller” for regional marketing teams and the business at large to ensure global alignment, consistency, and timeliness across social media accounts globally.
- Foster and manage our vibrant and highly engaged communities, building authentic relationships with athletes, fans, and partners.
- Manage, mentor, and support a Community Manager to ensure day-to-day execution, responsiveness and growth goals.
- Monitor social trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to ensure COROS stays ahead.
- Maintain the highest level of attention to detail across copy, creative, scheduling, and deadlines.
- Stay immersed in endurance sports culture—running, cycling, climbing, skiing, etc—to ensure authenticity and relevance.
- Understand and internalize the professional racing calendar across the endurance sports landscape to ensure COROS’s voice reflects the athletes and communities we aim to serve.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional experience in social media management for consumer or sports brands.
- Comfortable with flexible hours, recognizing that social media is always on — key moments like major events, product launches, or global campaigns may occasionally require early starts or late finishes.
- Demonstrated success in scaling, nurturing and managing large, active communities across multiple platforms.
- Experienced people manager with the ability to coach and lead team members that both report directly or work cross-functionally.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with a sharp eye for detail and tone.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams, from design to product to support to regional marketing.
- Passionate about the intersection of endurance sports and technology, ideally with personal experience in trail running, skiing, running, cycling, or climbing.
- Deep understanding of the endurance sports and pro racing landscape.
- Strategic thinker who can also execute with precision.

Event and Retail Marketing Manager
Job Description:
COROS is gowing its team and looking for an Event and Retail Marketing Manager to lead COROS’ event presence and retail marketing efforts. This role will plan and execute brand-led events, support retail activations, strengthen partnerships, and ensure COROS maintains a strong and consistent presence across events, retail, and community activations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and passionate about bringing brands to life through experiences that drive awareness, sales, and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute brand-led events, expos, and activations to drive measurable sales and lead generation
- Manage retail event support, including toolkits, POP displays, and marketing materials for retail partners
- Coordinate with retail partners and field reps to deliver consistent and impactful activations
- Track and report event and retail performance metrics, including sales, leads, and ROI
- Partner with creative teams to develop POP campaigns and in-store visibility programs
- Maintain a centralized resource hub for reps and retailers with updated event and marketing assets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns and event strategies
- Provide quarterly event calendars and year-end reporting on retail and event impact
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in event management, retail marketing, sales or related fields
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

US Warehouse Associate

COROS is seeking an individual with a strong background in order fulfillment, returns processing, bookkeeping, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A few years of experience working at small to medium-sized companies is preferred. Experience with e-commerce businesses, shipping logistics, and product inventory is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound shipments, including processing returns for both customers and retailers, auditing, and handling both new and refurbished inventory.
- Manage order fulfillment for wholesale and retail orders, including POs, invoicing, and logistics scheduling.
- Prepare freight quotes.
- Track and trace freight, and process consolidations at the destination.
- Collaborate with various teams—marketing, accounting, supply chain, etc.—to address order-related inquiries and provide status reports.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in operational logistics, with relevant experience in warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, inventory control, documentation, issue resolution).
- General awareness of hazardous materials/dangerous goods is a plus.
- Experience operating in a high-velocity environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and follow through.
- Experience in motivating team members constructively.
